There are so ma...Oh Steph I'm right there with you. There are so many things you can do to motivate yourself but the best thing is to have someone with you to encourage you to keep going. A gym buddy to tell you that yes your bottom does look big in those jeans so do 50 more squats. I'm lucky I have my sister to come with me. We're losing weight for her wedding in April, and so far we're keeping each other on track. I hope you stick with your goal. Just think how great it will feel to be fit again. When I was pregnant with my last daughter I was in the hospital for 5 weeks and ended up with 200 pounds on my 5 ft 2 in frame. After 9 months I still have yet to lose it and it's hard, especially as a mom, to have the time AND the motivation.
