ANIMALS! I have grown up loving animals and have always wanted a pet. Whenever I come across a man who has a pet and is obviously completely obsessed with him/her...well, to see a man telling his kitty he loves them, or playing with their dog in a park, or taking their horse for a run, it just melts my heart. Taking care of an animal shows that a man is capable of truly and unconditionally loving another creature, not to mention the responsiblities and sacrifices in taking care of an animal.
This is one of the reasons my husband I got so much closer after we adopted Ash the bratty tabby into our house. At first, he was terrified of the little furball.
Then he started to get used to having him around.
Now he can't (and won't) sleep unless Ash is on his tummy.
Now the two of them gang-up on Mommy!
Anyone else have a weakness for a man who loves animals?

my boyfriend has made friends with a macho alley cat that hangs out in our garden. it's cute. the cat is tough, but sweet. so is my bf.
How sweet Dona! And I wonder if Manav's gradual acceptance of the cat has anything to do with the fact that in that last picture Ash is giving the camera a "Dona" look. =)
Oh yeah, pets and babies, both are definite chick magnets. Love the pics, still deciding who is cuter. :)
Your pictures of your hubby and Ash are a-dor-a-ble!!! Awwwww... I totally agree with you 100%. My hubby is a sucker for animals and they love him, too. We went to a store yesterday that had three cats and two of them followed him around the whole time. We almost forgot to shop from playing with the kitties so much!
