My favorite day of the year

My favorite day of the year is coming up this Saturday. No, it's not Christmas, or Thanksgiving. It's the day that we "fall" back and turn the clocks back an hour at 2am.

I don't know why but that one tiny hour makes a huge difference. I love the fact that it gets darker later. I just feel more rested. I'm already behind on my Nano goal, so I'm hoping to use that extra sixty minutes to work on my novel.

Do you have Daylight Savings Time where you are? What are you going to use your extra hour for?

I love that day, too...and cool clock you've got there! Hmmm...I think I'll use my extra hour for writing, too!

I heart you!!!--I "fell back" last night and was up this morning, earlier than I've been in a while, and ready to be up and at 'em!!! I feel so rested and recharged!!!

--p.s, the old show Pete&Pete did an episode about daylight savings time--it was pretty awesome, one of my favorites!!!

--oh, and I know it sounds bad, but misery loves company and all that--My first week of NaNo didn't go as awesome as I hoped, and it's nice to know I'm not the only one who's behind!!! ;)
