After sleeping in late, we're going to go out for lunch, do a little shopping, get something nummy for dinner, and then go sit by the pool and soak up the sunshine. I love this time of year when you can rejuvenate yourself in the sun and just...relax.

Marley, this is an unusual summer for me as my family and I aren't doing a family trip. The kids are older now and we're all involved in different activities, and among mine, I'm attending the SCBWI Conference in Los Angeles, and I think the hubby and I are going to sneak away for a weekend...
1) see way too many movies.
2) go to the RWA conference.
3) go to the World Science Fiction Convention! (PROs: vote for Hugos, meet brilliant authors, hang out with other geeks! CONs: I have to miss the SCBWI conference! Ack!)
4) see more movies. (Can one see "more" than "way too many"? Or is "way too many" like infinity???)
