Books, books, and more books...

Hey, Santa brought me a Kindle this year! And the timing was perfect because Top Ten Uses for an Unworn Prom Dress and The ABC's of Kissing Boys became available in Kindle format last week, joining How to Hook a Hottie. So you can believe I quickly learned how to download them, in addition to the newest Sophie Kinsella book, which I've dying to read.

In other fun news, I got my Box 'O Books from Random House, and couldn't resist snapping a shot in front of the tree.

Just about two weeks now until it hits the shelves!

Here's hoping the holiday season left you awash in books, too!

That is SO exciting, having your books on the Kindle. You'll have to tell us all how you like using it.

Happy New Year!

Thanks, Shalonda, Thao and Janie!

About the Kindle, so far, so good, but I'm having a little trouble holding it without constantly changing pages on myself. Both right and left hand sides of the Kindle are the page change bars. If anyone has any advice here, it would be appreciated!

Hooray, Tina! What wonderful Christmas presents. I've bridged the gap to reading books on my computer (talk about instant gratification) but am still just curious about the Kindle. A friend reads books on her iPhone and loves it. I think it would be great for traveling.

I found a new "plus" for the Kindle. Without a cover or blurb to tell me about the book, I am reading the book I downloaded, Remember Me? by Sophie Kinsella, essentially blind, and it's fun to figure out the plot and where the story might be going. This is a new experience for me!
