Happy Easter!

I'm not really sure how, but Easter totallly snuck up on me this year. I didn't even decorate. I am, however, excited to make cupcakes. You know the ones you put green-dyed coconut and jellybeans on to make it look like eggs in grass? Tina had me craving those when she posted something about visiting one of those fancy cupcake shops on Facebook the other day. I can pass on pie and donuts, but I love to sink my teeth into a cupcake!

Last night, we dyed Easter eggs. I have three little boys so that's always a big production. This year we bought those Paas kits, one was tie-dye and the other was sparkle paint. The sparkle paint was all dried up (I'm sure it was from last year) and didn't work, and the girlie in me was slightly disappointed, but the rest of the eggs turned out nicely. What do you think?
Do you have any Easter traditions? Our boys get goodie baskets and do an egg hunt in the morning, next we go to church, and then we do something with the extended family. This year, we're going to my in-law's house for a BBQ. Of course, as you can see by the egg photo, we still have snow here in Utah so that always brings up the question: Hunt eggs inside or outside?
I hope you all have a wonderful Easter weekend, and I'd love to hear about your Easter traditions if you have them.
