Next Week is Halloween!

I can't believe that Halloween is next week. Where did the summer go, anyway?

I'm pretty sure we're doing a theme week on Books, Boys, Buzz... next week -- all about scary stuff and Halloween memories. I have quite a few!

Which brings me to my question for you today -- what are you going to be for Halloween? I'm still not sure...
Last year, I was Holly GoLightly (Audrey Hepburn) and it was a pretty great costume. The year before that I was a pirate girl. The year before that I was a fairy godmother -- that was the first time I'd dressed up in over a decade. I don't know why I stopped dressing up somewhere along the way... Halloween is fun at any age!

Ok, so tell me -- are you dressing up? Got any costume ideas for me this year?
Hugs,

Heather

Heather, I haven't dressed up for Halloween in a while (my kids are older, and no office party) but this year in Target, I saw costumes for pets that tempted me. How cute would 15 week old kittens be in pumpkin suits? No, I didn't buy them...but it gave me some smiles!

I am only dressing my wee ones. Tinkerbell and a police officer. I am so glad he chose a police officer. I am proud he chose to honor a real hero (no offence Superman).

I'm going to my aunt and uncle's for a fancy dress Halloween party, and I'm going as a "Naughty Nun". It's a great costume as the idea is a joke about me between me and my friends. I love it!

You guys are so cute --

Tina, I am always tempted to dress my HarperCat in an outfit. She would be a great princess.

Jo, the naughty nun is always a big hit. A fancy dress party should be amazing. Some people really go all out for the holiday.

Elie, I love the idea of a wee police officer. And, yes -- that was a great review, thank you!! If you get a chance would love you to cross-post it on Amazon. ;) Let me know if you have any interview space coming up!

A "sexy" Little Red Riding Hood. I just bought the slippers (read: crippling high heel shoes) this past weekend. I'll be posting pics next week.
